1. Subject Of The Order: Lot No. 1: Delivery Of Small It Equipment.2. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Offer Price Calculation Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz For Part No. 1 - This Attachment Is Also A Form For Calculating The Offer Price And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3. The Goods Referred To Above Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Brand New, High-Quality Goods That Comply With Safety Standards Regarding The Impact On Human Health And The Environment And Other Generally Applicable Regulations.5. The Delivered Goods Must Be In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With A Visible Logo, Product Symbol And Description Of The Contents In Polish.6. The Goods Referred To Above Are Covered By A Warranty, The Period Of Which Is 24 Months From The Date Of Confirmation Of Receipt, Unless The Manufacturer Of The Goods Grants A Longer Warranty Period, Then The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Specific Part Of The Goods For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer.7. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Price Calculation Form (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) For Each Offered Product Data Enabling Its Unambiguous Identification By Providing: 1) Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product (Column 19), 2) Model, Symbol, Catalog Number (Manufacturers Code) Or Other Unique Marking Of The Offered Product (Column 20).8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Columns 19 And 20 In A Way That Enables Clear Identification Of The Offered Product And Verification Of Its Compliance With The Ordering Partys Requirements.9. If The Indicated Model, Symbol, Catalog Number (Manufacturers Code) Or Other Unique Marking Does Not Allow For A Clear Identification Of The Offered Product Or Refers To More Than One Product Variant, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Additional Parameters Or Information Identifying The Offered Product In Column 20, Enabling A Clear Identification Of The Offered Product And Verification Of Its Compliance With The Ordering Partys Requirements (E.G. Disk Capacity, Cable Length, Power Strip Cable Length).10. The Information Provided In Columns 19 And 20 Must Be Sufficient To Clearly Identify The Offered Product And Enable The Assessment Of Its Compliance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In Swz.11. Providing Only The Manufacturers Name Or The General Trade Name Of The Product, Without Indicating The Model, Symbol, Catalog Number (Manufacturers Code) Or Other Data Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product, Will Not Be Considered As Meeting The Requirements Specified In Section 7-10 Above.
