The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation With The Necessary Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Approvals Along With The Full Geodetic Part For The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The Provincial Road No. 837 Piaski - Żółkiewka - Nielisz - Sitaniec On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Adama Mickiewicza (Approx. Km 0+349) To The Intersection With District Road No. 2116L (Km Approx. 4+145) 1) Prepare Design Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022. On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518) And With The Guidelines For Designing Infrastructure For Bicycles, Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3, And The Guidelines For Designing Infrastructure For Pedestrians, Part 1 And Part 2.2) On The Section Of Provincial Road No. 837 From The Intersection With Ul. Mickiewicza (Approx. Km 0+349) To The Intersection With Ul. Armii Krajowej (Approx. Km 1+340), A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Should Be Designed On The Right Side, Directly At The Edge Of The Provincial Road, Outside The Buffer Strip.3) At The Entrance Of Ul. Armii Krajowej, In Place Of The Existing Pedestrian Crossing, A Combined Bicycle Crossing With A Pedestrian Crossing Should Be Designed.4) The Existing Pedestrian Road At The Entrance Of Ul. Armii Krajowej To The Intersection, Should Be Connected With The Planned Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Provincial Road.5) On The Section Of The Provincial Road From The Intersection With Ul. Armii Krajowej To The Intersection With The District Road No. 2116L (Km Approx. 4+145), A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Should Be Designed On The Left Side As Close As Possible To The Border Of The Road.6) A Bicycle Crossing Through The Provincial Road Should Be Designed At The Entrance To The Intersection With Ul. Armii Krajowej At Km Approx. 1+330.7) The Construction Of Bus Bays Should Be Considered Along With The Construction Of Platforms And Places For Bus Shelters At Km Approx. 2+950 (Left Side) And At Km Approx. 3+100 (Right Side).8) In The Case Of Construction Of Bus Bays, The Bays Should Be Connected With A Pedestrian Road And The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing.9) At The Pedestrian Crossing, Use Waiting Zones With A Width Of 2.50 M And Along The Edges. Road With A Length Of 4.0 M.10) At Pedestrian Crossings And Bus Bays, Use Elements To Facilitate Perception By Blind And Visually Impaired People.11) At Pedestrian Crossings, As Well As At The Entrances To Bus Bays, Design Dedicated Lighting Required By The Provisions Of § 37 And, Respectively, § 86 Of The Above-Mentioned Regulation And In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Design Of Devices For Lighting Urban Roads And Streets, Part 1 And Part 2.12) In The Absence Of Road Lighting, It Should Be Design Transitional Lighting Sections On The Approaches To The Pedestrian Crossing.13) Design The Bicycle Path
