The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport And Return Of Students From The Niegosławice Commune On The Basis Of Monthly School Tickets In The 2025/2026 School Year. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport, Consisting In The Safe And Timely Delivery Of Children From The Niegosławice Commune With Priority For These Students With Monthly Tickets Purchased By The Ordering Party From The Contractor At The Prices Set Herein. Proceedings Taking Into Account The Statutory Discounts Available To These Students In Public Transport - Art. 5 Section 1 And Art. 5A Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Entitlement To Reduced Travel By Means Of Public Collective Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 380, As Amended) From Existing Bus Stops To The Primary School In Przecław And The Primary School In Gościeszowice And Their Return After The End Of School Classes To The Place Of Residence (To Existing Bus Stops) In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Planned Number Of Transported Students Is 282, Including: A) 247 Students Entitled To Discounted Travel By Public Transport, B) 35 Or 4- And 5-Year-Old Children Who Are Not Entitled To Reduced Travel By Public Transport. The Number Of Transported Students May Change From Time To Time. The Number Of Stops And Bus Routes Will Be Determined At A Later Date. To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Offer For The Year-Round Costs Of Transporting Students, The Following Should Be Assumed: A) The Planned Number Of Students Is 282, Including 35 4- And 5-Year-Old Children Who Are Not Entitled To Discounted Travel On Public Public Transport, B) The Number Of Months: 10. Childrens Transport Services Will Be Provided On School Days, And In The Case Of School Days, On Another Day Off From Classes Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Have An Appropriate Number Of Technically Efficient Vehicles, Including Buses With Enough Seats To Transport The Expected Number Of Students And Guardians On Individual Routes, Which Will Ensure Proper Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Transported Students With Seats. In The Event Of Damage Or Failure Of The Transport Vehicle, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Technically Efficient Replacement Vehicle Within A Maximum Of 60 Minutes. This Is The Maximum Deadline. Its Shortening Will Be Rewarded As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Up-To-Date Technical Tests And Third-Party Liability Insurance For The Vehicles Participating In The Deliveries, And Is Also Obliged To Insure The Persons Transported Under The Contract Against The Consequences Of Accidents. The Contractor Submits Insurance Policies At The Request Of The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
