The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With A Plow For The Needs Of Łęczyca County. The Detailed Scope Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Characteristics Of The Offered New Tractor With A Plow Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Brand New Tractor With A Brand New Plow, Hereinafter Referred To As The Tractor With A Plow In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference, Its Annexes And The Contract. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Co-Financed By The Łódź Voivodeship Office In Łódź Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above: Tractor: A) Is Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects, Ready For Registration And Use For The Purposes Resulting From Of The Agreement, B) Is Not Limited By The Rights Of Third Parties, Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security (The Contractor Has Full Right Of Disposal), C) Is Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, Together With Implementing Acts To This Act And Other Provisions Of Applicable National Law And Eu Law. It Met The Requirements Of The Exhaust Emission Standard Min. Stage V. Pług: A) Is Brand New, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, Complete, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Ready For Use For The Purposes Arising From The Agreement, B) Is Not Limited By The Rights Of Third Parties, Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings And Security (The Contractor Has Full Right To Dispose Of It), The Tractor Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act On On June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, Including Approval. Upon Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Ownership Of The Goods To The Ordering Party. 1) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected On The Basis Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. This Protocol Will Constitute The Basis For Issuing An Invoice By The Contractor For The Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Plow.
