As Somalias financial ecosystem and banking infrastructure continue to expand, the Bank recognizes the strategic importance of establishing a secure alternative operational continuity facility capable of supporting essential central banking operations during emergencies, infrastructure disruptions, security incidents, or other unforeseen events that may impact the primary operational facilities.
