This Is Not A Request For Tender But A Request For Information/Invitation To Market Dialogue For Potential Bidders. A Brief Description Of The Future Procurement Central Finlands Welfare District Has Started Preparations For The Purchase Of Lifts, Elevators And Door Automation Devices To Be Permanently Installed In The Customers Home, As Well As The Installation Of These For Customers Of Disability Services. A Disabled Person Has The Right To Receive Reasonable Support For Barrier-Free Living If He Needs It To Be Able To Live In His Permanent Apartment. What Is Essential Is A Functional Limitation Caused By A Disability Or Illness That Prevents Living In Ones Own Home Without The Support Of Accessible Living. (Disability Services Act Section 22.) Central Finlands Welfare Area Organizes Special Services In Accordance With The Disability Services Act For Persons Who Meet The Conditions Defined In The Scope Of The Law. The Disability Services Act Applies To Persons Whose Functional Limitations Due To Disability Or Illness Are Long-Term Or Permanent, And Who Necessarily Need Services In Accordance With The Law In Order To Achieve Equal Participation And An Independent Life. The Procurement Is Initially Thought To Include At Least The Following Equipment (The Procurement Can Be Divided Into Several Different Requests For Tenders):- Personal Lifts (To Be Attached To The Ceiling, Floor And Wall)- Stair Lifts (Seated And Level) And Platform Lifts- Electric Door Mechanisms (Door Openers And Door Closers) The Equipment Under Purchase Belongs To The Replaceable Devices Permanently Installed In The Apartment. The Purchase And Installation Of These Is Reimbursed When The Customer Necessarily Needs The Device To Survive In The Usual Functions Of The Home And The Device Is Suitable For The Purpose And Meets The Individual Service Needs. As A General Rule, Permanently Installed Devices Are Granted To A Disabled Person For Use So That Ownership Of The Devices Remains In The Welfare Area. The Procurement Also Includes Maintenance And Repair Of The Equipment During The Warranty Period. The Procurement Unit Has Planned That The Bidder Should Also Offer Maintenance And Repair Service For The Devices After The Warranty Period. Market Dialogue In Connection With The Preparation Of The Procurement, We Ask The Market Players For More Information About The Devices On The Market That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Welfare Region Of Central Finland Or The Market Players Interested In The Purchase To The Purchase.
