The City Of Raahe Is Requesting Bids For The Demolition Of The Middle School Building Belonging To The Pattaste School Center, Including Demolition Planning, Demolition Work, Waste Management Of Demolition Waste And Cleaning Of The Demolition Area. The Target For Demolition Is The Middle School Building Of The Pattaste School Center Built In The Late 1970S At Rännärintie 3, 92140 Pattijoki. In Addition To The Gymnasium And Teaching Facilities, The Middle School Building Includes Health Center Facilities And A Library. The Building Underwent Major Renovations In The Early 2000S. The Gross Area Of The Building Is Approx. 4820 M2 And The Volume Is Approx. 20430 M3. The Building Has Been Decommissioned. The Middle School Building To Be Demolished Is Closely Related To Other School Buildings Still Operating In The Same Building Complex, Which Should Be Taken Into Account When Planning The Demolition Work. It Is Particularly Important To Consider The Safety Of Children And School Staff And The Management Of Dust Generated During Demolition Work. Demolition Work Must Not Cause Danger Or Harm To The Normal Operation Of The School. The Demolition Area Must Be Fenced Off So That Children Cannot Enter The Construction Site Under Any Circumstances. In Addition, The Rännäri Baseball Stadium, Which Serves As The Home Field For Superpesesueura Pattijoki Athletes, Is Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Demolition Site. In The Clubs Home Games, The School Centers Yard Area Serves As A Parking Area, Which Is Why The Demolition Work Must Be Planned So That It Does Not Cause Danger Or Harm To The Users Of The Baseball Stadium, The Public Or Other People Moving Around In The Area. Health And Safety Act - Raahe Citys Construction Regulations, Environmental Protection Regulations And Waste Management Regulations - The Main Contractor Keeps A Site Diary And Site Inspection Document, Participates In Site Meetings And Invites The Municipalitys Building Control Authority To The Final Inspection Of The Demolition Work All Permits, Plans, Notices, Certificates, Inspections, Transfer Documents Etc. Required By The Above-Mentioned And Other Laws, Regulations And Regulations Regarding Demolition Work Are Obtained And If Necessary Ao.
