Seinäjokis Educational Municipality Association Sedu Is Requesting Bids For The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Battery Energy Storage System (Bess) As A Total Responsibility Contract (Kvr). The System Must Meet The Minimum Technical, Safety-Related And Functional Requirements Set Out In The Tender Documents. The Contract Includes At Least:- Design Of Electric Battery Storage - Preparation Of Plans Required For The Construction Permit - Delivery Of Devices, Systems And Necessary Components - Installation And Electrical Work - Commissioning, Testing And Official Approval Procedures - Delivery Of Operating And Maintenance Instructions And Other Handover Documentation - User Training Of The Customers Personnel - Use Of The System, As Specified In The Request For Tenders For The Maintenance And Service Service. The Electric Battery System Must Be Suitable For Reserve And Electricity Market Use And Meet The Requirements Of Fingrid Oyj, The Network Company And The Regulations Of The Authorities. The System Must Enable Operation In The Electricity Market Presented In The Request For Tenders. The Tenderer Is Fully Responsible For The Implementation Of The Contract, Site Management Duties, Work Safety, Planning Of The Procurement Object And The Fulfillment Of The Minimum Requirements According To The Tender Request. The More Detailed Content Of The Procurement, Technical Requirements, Suitability Requirements, Safety Requirements, Implementation Schedule And Other Conditions Are Presented In The Appendices Of The Tender Request.
