The Route Delivery Is Seven (7) Meters Wide, Within Which The Route Must Be Built. The Content And Objectives Of The Procurement Are Described In The Attachments Of The Request For Tenders. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A So-Called Reverse Tendering Process, Where The Selection Criteria For Offers Is The Overall Economic Affordability And The Weighting Of Quality Is 100%. The Comparison Criteria For Quality Are Presented In The Attachments Of The Request For Tenders. In This Procurement, Mountain Biking Route Means A Flow-Style Mountain Biking Route.
