The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Construction Of A Nursing Home On The Property At Kastolatsi Te 25A In Otepää. In The Course Of The Works To Be Carried Out, A One-Story Nursing Home Building For 30 Clients With The Necessary Service And Auxiliary Rooms Must Be Designed And Built. The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of Electricity Supply, Strong And Weak Current Systems, Solar Power Plant, Heating And Ventilation, Water Supply And Sewerage, Installation Of Kitchen Furniture And Improvement Of The Territory. The Closed Net Area Of The Building To Be Built Is 616 M2, Of Which The Heated Area Is 596 M². The Building Must Be Designed And Constructed As A Near-Zero Energy Building.
