The Contractor Is Responsible For The Preparation Of The Constructive Project And All Necessary Special Work Projects (Including Electricity, Weak Current, Water Supply And Sewage, Heating, Ventilation, Cooling, Automation And Other Technical Systems). The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Preparing The Necessary Approvals, Documentation And Execution Drawings. The Contractor Submits An Application For A Use Permit And Is Responsible For Obtaining A Use Permit. In The Course Of The Construction Works, You Must Cooperate With The Construction Supervision And Prepare All The Required Acts, Measurements And Other Documentation. The Provider Must Have A Valid License To Carry Out The Relevant Construction Activity.
