City Of Prince George Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Contractors With Demonstrated Experience And Capacity To Complete Site Preparation, Demolition, Construction, And Building Renovations At Joe Martin Field, Located At Balsum Park, 4055 Balsum Road, Prince George, Bc. The Project Includes Demolition Of Two (2) Existing Dugout Structures And Two (2) Bleachers, Construction Of Two (2) New Dugouts, Supply And Installation Of Two (2) New 5‑Row, 24‑Foot Aluminum Bleachers, Renovation Of The On‑Site Concession Building, Removal Of Existing Septic System, And Installation Of A New Septic System. The City Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Work As Required.
