The Arna-Stanghelle Joint Project (Fas) Is A Collaborative Project Between Bane Nor And The Norwegian Public Roads Administration To Build A Safer And Faster Road And Rail Route Between Arna Outside Bergen And Stanghelle In Vaksdal Municipality.
