The Ministry Of Local Government And District Affairs Distributes Part Of The Framework Grant To The Municipalities At Its Discretion Each Year. The Basic Framework For The Municipalities Constitutes The Main Part Of The Discretionary Grant, And This Is Distributed By The State Administrators According To Frameworks And Guidelines From The Ministry. The State Administrators Distribute A Portion Of Their Discretionary Funds Each Year As Support For Innovation And Development Projects In The Municipalities. The Ministry Of Local Government And District Affairs Wishes To Have An Evaluation Carried Out Of The Scheme With The State Administrators Project Discretionary Funds. In The Project, It Must Be Assessed, Among Other Things, Whether The Allocation And Follow-Up Of The Project Discretionary Funds Contribute To Achieving The Objectives Of The Scheme. As Part Of The Evaluation, How The State Administrators Work With The Allocation Of Project Funds, Follow-Up And Dissemination Of Projects Will Be Surveyed. The Evaluation Must Also Include An Assessment Of The Results Of The Projects In The Municipalities. The Client Also Wants The Client To Assess And Propose Any Changes To The Arrangement With Project Discretionary Funds That Can Contribute To Better Goal Achievement.
