The Subject Of The Order Is Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A System For Fire Alarm, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting In Educational Block No. 7 - Hall No. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 And 10 Of Technical University - Sofia. According To Appendix No. 1 To Art. 3, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. Iz-1971 Of 29.10.2009 On Construction And Technical Rules And Norms For Ensuring Safety In The Event Of Fire, Fire Alarm Systems With Automatic And Manual Activation Must Be Built In Educational Block No. 7 - Hall No. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 And 10 Of The Technical University - Sofia, With The Exception Of The Sanitary Units. The Contractor Must Fulfill This Order In Compliance With The Current Regulations. The Operation Of Fire Alarm Systems Should Be With Password Protected Access Levels. The Rights Of The Different Levels Of Access To Be Determined By The Management And The Technical Team At Tu - Sofia, Depending On The Needs. Fire Alarm Centers (Fpc) Must Be Installed In Rooms In The Respective Blocks, So That They Are Convenient For Service. The Contracting Authority Will Have A Commitment To Indicate The Room For The Installation Of The Pic In Each Block. The Power Supply Of The Fire Alarm Centers Should Be Carried Out From The Own 220V Switchboards On Separate Uninterruptible Current Circuits. The Operating Temperature Range For The Components Of The Ppe Intended For Indoor Installation Should Be From +5ºc To +40ºc. Cabling To All Devices To Be Done Covertly Along Newly Designed Cable Routes, Installing Newly Designed Cable Ducts, Etc. All Cables To Be Marked With Identification Numbers, According To The Requirements Of The Project Documentation. All Connected Wires Should Be Marked Including The Name Of The Connection Point, The Potential And The Name Of The Cable. All Unconnected Cores, If Any, Shall Be Marked Including The Name Of The Cable And The Words Spare. The Scope Of The Technical Project Includes At Least The Following Project Parts: Part: Fire Alarm; Part: Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Part: Safety And Health Plan; Part: Design And Accounting Documentation; Minimum Mandatory Volume Of The Technical Project: Explanatory Notes; Descriptions Of Premises And Equipment; Addressing Fire Alarm Systems; Plan Of Installations; Bills Of Quantities For Construction And Technical Requirements For Equipment; Drawings. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Regulations And The Approved Project Documentation. For The Exact Compliance Of The Project During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through The Legally Competent Designers, Authors Of The Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Regulations And The Implementation Contract.
