Only Medical Consumables That Are Included In The List Under Art. 1, Item 1 Of The Ordinance On The Conditions And Procedure For Compiling A List Of Medical Devices Under Art. 30A Of The Law On Medical Devices And To Determine The Value Up To Which They Are Paid, Meet The Requirements Of The Law On Medical Devices /Mdi/, For Which There Are No Registered Data In The Executive Agency For Medicines /Ial/ And/Or Eudamed For Incidents/Potential Incidents In The Last Two Years, As Well As For Blocked Or Withdrawn Batches In The Last Two Years According To Information Provided By Ial; Which Are Paid From A Public Fund In At Least One Of The Member Countries Of The European Union. For Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 34 Of The Zmi During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract For The Public Procurement And During Its Execution, The Contractor Is Responsible And Should Monitor.
