The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation And Treatment Of Surfaces, Priming, Plastering, Sanding And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Supply And Installation Of Fire-Resistant Doors, Dismantling And Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, Supply And Installation Of A Fan, As Well As Collection, Removal And Lawful Delivery Of Construction Waste. Important! A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Attached To This Documentation. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is In The Building Of Alexander Georgiev - Kodjakafaliyata, Burgas. The Maximum Term For The Implementation Of The Smp Is 20 (Twenty) Calendar Days. The Term Begins To Run From The Date Of Bilateral Signing Of A Protocol For Handing Over The Site/Worksite. As Of The Date Of Opening Of The Award, No Funding Has Been Secured For The Execution Of The Order. The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Condition And Contains A Clause For Deferred Performance Under Art. 114 Of The Zop. When, After 3 (Three) Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Each Of The Parties May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 (Ten) Months From The Conclusion, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
