The Object Is An Inter-Block Site With A Total Area Of 3900 M2. On The Territory Of The Site There Are Existing Childrens Facilities, Which Are Planned For Dismantling, As They Are In A Bad Condition, Morally Outdated And Do Not Meet Modern Requirements For Flooring. All Existing Sheds, Benches, Bins And Asphalt Pavements Are Also Removed. Only The Concrete Pavements Of The Central Alleys And The Existing Steps Will Be Preserved, Which Will Be Renewed By Cladding. The Tree Vegetation Is Completely Preserved, As It Is Not Affected By Future Construction Activities. It Is Planned To Complete The Alley Network And Build A Childrens Playground, Including Three Zones For Children From 3 To 12 Years And Two Zones For Children From 0 To 3 Years, As Well As Corners For Recreation And Sports Activities - Mini Playground, Gym, Chess, Table Tennis. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Types And Quantities Of Smr And The Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification And In The Attached Project Documentation For The Object, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
