The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Constitute Ongoing Repair In The Sense Of § 5, Item 43 Of The Supplementary Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Planning, As No Change Of Purpose Of The Site Is Envisaged And Structural Elements Of The Building Are Not Affected. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Execution Of Construction And Repair Works, Representing The Ongoing Repair Of Premises In The Building Of The Hristo Botev Primary School - Dobrich. The Scope Of The Order Includes Dismantling Works, Plastering, Plastering, Priming, Painting, Laying Flooring, Installation Of Skirting Boards/Skirtings, Loading, Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste, As Well As All Accompanying Activities Necessary For The High-Quality And Complete Execution Of The Repair. The Types And Quantities Of The Construction And Repair Works Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 3.1 - Bill Of Quantities. The Technical Specification For This Public Procurement Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 – Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
