The Object Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction, According To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Order Is: Ongoing Repair Of An Existing Street Channel And Water Supply Along The Street With Identifier No. 18366.501.11 According To The Kkkr Of The Village Of Garmen, Municipality Of Garmen, Region Of Blagoevgrad. The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) For The Object Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And Begins After The Issuance Of A Building Permit By The Competent Authority.
