Supply Of Fuels, Lubricants And Operating Fluids For Motor Vehicles As Follows: Purchase, Through 24/7 Refueling At Gas Stations Owned Or Leased By The Contractor, Through A Refueling System Under The Conditions Of Cardless Payment. The Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements, According To The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control, Adopted By Resolution No. 156 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 2003, Promulgated Dv. No. 66 Of 2003, Last Amended And Supplemented Sg. No. 40 Of May 16, 2025. Refueling And The Purchase Of Oils, Antifreeze, Winter Wiper Fluid, Brake Fluid And Solid Lubricants Will Be Carried Out In Commercial Establishments /Gas Stations/ Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria With Territorial Coverage Within A Radius Of Up To 100 Km. From The Following Cities - Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin, Vratsa, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kardjali, Kyustendil, Lovech, Montana, Pazardjik, Pernik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Sliven, Smolyan, Sofia, Stara Zagora, Targovishte, Haskovo, Shumen, Yambol. The Estimated Quantity For 24 Months Is As Follows: 1. Fuels: - Motor Gasoline A-95Н, A-98Н And/Or A-100Н - 400,000 Liters - Diesel Fuel For Cars - 110,000 Liters 2. Lubricants - 400 Liters; 3. Special Liquids And Fuel Additives (Operating Liquids) - 4,000 Liters. They Are Estimated, Approximately Necessary For The Entire Term Of The Contract And Are Indicated Solely For The Purpose Of Determining The Estimated Volume Of The Order. In The Course Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Of Fuel, Fluids And Lubricants, According To Its Actual Needs, As Well As Reserves The Right, If Necessary, Not To Request Delivery Of The Corresponding Type Of The Above-Mentioned Goods.
