The Current Order Should Be Fulfilled By The Delivery Of The Food Products, According To The Requirements Described In The Technical Specification, Which Will Then Be An Integral Part Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Determine The Quantities Of Each Food Product That Will Be Delivered In Accordance With Its Requests, And The Ordered Foods Cannot Exceed The Stated Final Value Of The Contract. The Food Products Must Comply With Bds And/Or Equivalent Standards And Be Accompanied By The Necessary Certificates. All Food Products Are Packaged And Labeled. The Packaging Must Be Sturdy With Labels In Bulgarian And Contain Information About The Type Of Product, Its Storage, Manufacturer, Quality, Production Date And Expiration Date, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance On Labeling And Food Presentation Requirements (Government Gazette, Promulgated No. 62 Of 28.07.2000). Dv. No. 28 Of March 19, 2013, Offered In Childcare Facilities And Schools And Other Legal Acts Related To The Subject Of The Order. Each Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Veterinary Medical Certificate And An Expert Sheet For Products Of Animal Origin, As Well As A Certificate Of Origin And Quality Of All Food Products. The Goods Should Be Within The Expiration Date Of Which No More Than 30% Has Expired On The Date They Are Delivered. Deliveries Must Be Made In Compliance With All Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements.
