The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply And Installation Of Park Elements On The Territory Of Ruzhintsi Municipality. All Products/Items Offered Must: Be New, Unused And Unrecycled; To Be Produced According To The Current European Standards; To Have A Ce Mark; To Be Made Of Materials With High Resistance To Atmospheric Conditions And Uv Radiation; Be Suitable For Outdoor Installation; Have A Minimum Degree Of Protection Ip65 Or Equivalent; Be Assembled And Ready For Installation; To Be Supplied With Technical Documentation And Manufacturers Warranty; To Be Capable Of Operation At Temperatures Of At Least -20°C To +40°C; All Electrical Components To Be Compliant With Standard 220–240V / 50Hz Power Supply, Except For Solar Systems; To Allow The Offering Of Equivalent Products Subject To Compliance With The Minimum Technical Parameters. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
