The Budget, The Plans, The Basic Study Of Safety And Health, The General Technical Conditions And Other Documents Included In The Executive Project Of The Facilities Of The Bulky Plant And Pxr Of The 1St Phase Of The Park Mataró-Maresme Circular, Approved By The General Meeting On March 11, 2026, They Will Have A Contractual Nature, For Which They Will Have To Be Signed As Proof Of Compliance By The Successful Bidder In The Same Act Of Formalization Of The Contract. The Amount Of This Tender Is 100% Subsidized By The Arc Waste Agency Of Catalonia (Arc De Residus De Catalunya), In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Minister Of Territory, Housing And Ecological Transition Dated October 13, 2025 In Which A Direct Subsidy Is Granted To The Consortium For The Treatment Of Urban Solid Waste Of The Maresme For The Financing Of The Actions For The Implementation Of The Equipment For The Management Of Bulky Municipal Waste In The 1St Phase Of The Mataró-Maresme Circular Park.
