2026-22-Mixed Sub Contract For The Supply Of An Accounting And Energy Management Program For The Energy And Water Management Service Of The Vallès Oriental County Council.The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Supply Of A License For An Accounting And Energy Management Program (Electricity, Gas, Biomass, Other Fuels And Water), As Well As The Corresponding Training, Care And Evolutionary Maintenance. The Use Of A Computer Tool For The Registry And Repository Of Energy And Water Information That Provides Tools For Analysis And Verification Of Billing And Consumption Is Contemplated. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out The Control Of Consumption, Costs And Deviations Of All The Energy Supplies Of The Twenty-Nine Local Entities That This Regional Council Advises (29 Councils, Environmental Services Of Vallès Oriental And The Regional Council) And To Provide Continuity To The Energy Accounting And To All The Energy Management Actions That Derive From It, As Established In Sections 4 And 5 Of The Terms Of Reference Particular Technical Prescriptions. The Services Own Specifications Are Described In The Technical Prescriptions Sheet That Governs This Contract.
