To Comply With This Objective, The Vehicle To Be Acquired And Its Associated Components Must Be Governed, Comply And Incorporate In A Strict And Mandatory Manner All The Mechanical Characteristics, Equipment, Institutional Labeling, Training And Legal Documentation For Its Circulation That They Are Detailed In The Eett Technical Specifications, Attached Annexes, And Mandate Agreement. Of The Regional Government Of Biobío, Which Form An Integral Part Of These Bases.
