The Purpose Of The Service Is The Contracting Of Maintenance, Repair And Supply Of Integral Materials Of The Public Lighting System In Plazas, Multi-Courts, Ciclovías And Public Areas In The Commune Of Lampa, Which Will Be Carried Out By Lines, As Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of This Contest. Its Purpose Is To Guarantee The Operational Continuity Of The Lighting Infrastructure, Ensuring Energy Efficiency, The Security Of The Lighting System And Adequate Visibility For The Community In The Different Public Spaces. This Seeks Not Only To Prevent Failures That May Affect Citizen Safety Or Generate Risk Conditions For Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic, But Also To Promote Quality Standards In Lighting Management, Contributing To Safer, More Inclusive And Appropriately Illuminated Urban Environments. Likewise, This Service Responds To The Municipalitys Duty To Maintain Community Facilities In Optimal Conditions, Favoring The Use Of Public Spaces For Recreation, Sports, Neighborhood Coexistence And The Development Of Nighttime Activities, All In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Applicable Regulations Regarding Energy Efficiency, Electrical Safety And Environmental Sustainability. Without Prejudice To The Above, The Offeror Must Ensure Compliance With Everything Required In The Technical Specifications At The Time Of Submitting Its Proposal.
