Bids Are Invited For 2Nd Call For Crafts Materials For Older Adult Workshops 2026

The Illustrious Municipality Of Coltauco, Through The Directorate Of Community Development (Dideco) And Its Senior Citizens Office, Requires The Acquisition Of Craft Materials For The Execution Of Workshops For The Different Senior Citizen Clubs In The Commune. To Do This, A Public Tender Is Called Through The Public Market Portal, With The Purpose Of Acquiring The Materials And Supplies Necessary For The Development Of Recreational And Training Activities Aimed At The Elderly In The Commune. Within The Range Of Workshops To Be Carried Out, Macramé Activities, Wool Stick Knitting, Mat Embroidery, Magic Needle, Fabric Embroidery With Thread, Ribbon Embroidery And Crochet Knitting Are Contemplated, Benefiting A Total Of 36 Senior Citizen Clubs In The Commune. This Tender Will Ensure An Adequate And Timely Provision Of Materials For The Development Of The Workshops, Avoiding Split Purchases And Complying With The Annual Work Plan Of The Office For The Elderly. All Of The Above Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Administrative, Technical And Form Bases, Which Are Intended To Establish Clear Guidelines Regarding The Rights And Obligations Of The Participants. According To The Powers Conferred By Law No. 21,634, “Modernizes Law No. 19,886 And Other Laws, To Improve The Quality Of Public Spending, Increase Standards Of Probity And Transparency And Introduce Circular Economy Principles In State Purchases.”
