The Purpose Of These Technical Bases Is To Indicate The Technical Requirements That The Proposal Must Contain. The Hospital Will Evaluate The Technical Proposal Presented By The Bidder, Considering, In Addition To Other Variables Such As Price, Those Related To Delivery Times, The Experience Of The Bidders, Equipment, Infrastructure, Location And Certifications, When Applicable. These Subcriteria Make Up Part Of The Formal Requirements That The Supplier Must Present, As Indicated In These Technical Bases And Their Annexes. The Awarded Bidder Must Ensure That The Services Provided Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Bases, Technical Specifications, Nature Of The Required Service And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical-Administrative Standards For The Application Of The Tariff Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Book Ii Dfl No. 1 Of 2005, Of The Ministry Of Health.
