Eligible institutions include research institutes, universities, technical service enterprises, or specialized research organizations with the necessary qualifications to undertake scientific research projects or technical service work in the fields of agriculture, specifically mushroom cultivation, waste resource utilization, and green circular agriculture. The consulting firm is required to have been established for no less than three years, possess sound financial standing (with audited financial statements for the past three years) and standardized organizational management, and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations in the past three years. The consulting firm preferably have strong research capacity in SMS resource utilization, carbonization and low-carbon fermentation, and green circular agriculture technologies. It should be familiar with the development status of the mushroom industry in Guangxi, and understand national and regional policies related to agricultural green development, waste recycling, and carbon emission reduction. The consulting firm preferably possess technical expertise in independently carrying out key tasks such as physicochemical and biological characteristic analysis of SMS, low-carbon fermentation and carbonization process experimental research, technical system construction, and report writing. The firm should also be equipped with the necessary experimental and testing conditions to support the full process of data collection, processing, and system construction. The consulting firm must provide proof of completion for no fewer than five relevant projects or research tasks at the departmental or bureau level or above. Firms with a permanent presence in Guangxi, or possessing research, testing, demonstration, or consulting experience in SMS resource utilization and green circular technologies within Guangxi, will be considered a significant advantage.
