Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations - Framework Agreement - Electrical Maintenance Of Control Cabinets For Measurement, Control And Regulation Technology And Minor Repair Work. Deliveries And Services: Electrical Maintenance Of The Control Cabinets And Ci Distributors (Approx. 950 Pieces) Of The Msr Technology And Smaller Repair Work - Recurring Testing According To Vde 0105-100 - Maintenance And Inspection Work - Minor Repair Work The Control Cabinets Are Located In Different Numbers In The Buildings And Structures Of The Research Center (Approx. 120 Buildings), Almost Exclusively In Locked Technical Rooms And Each Contain Between One And Ten Fields. The Buildings Are Essentially Office, Laboratory And Operational Buildings, Experimental Halls, Lecture Halls, Workshops, Supply And Disposal Buildings, Warehouses And Their Constellation In Different Configurations. Some Of This Work Is Carried Out During Ongoing Operations. The Total Service For The Contract Period Of 4 Years Is Divided Into Individual Calls With Defined Services Under The Conditions Specified In The Framework Contract. Parts Of The Service Can Be Planned To A Certain Extent; Some Services Are Not Predictable And Must Be Provided At Short Notice.
