The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Provision Of Repairs Of Military Equipment On Land Rover Defender Chassis Of The Army Of The Czech Republic, Including Their Groups, Subgroups Or Component Units (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). On The Basis Of The Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded According To The Provisions Of § 131 Zzvz With One Participant In The Procurement Procedure, Which Will Define The Conditions On The Basis Of Which Subsequent Individual Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded For The Provision Of Services According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
