The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Develop The Ground Side Road, Parking Lot And Utility Systems As Follows: A) Based On The Construction Plans And Specifications Provided By The Customer, The Implementation Of The Demolition And Construction Works And The Handover Of The Completed Facility; B) Participation In The Planning And Licensing Of The Replacement Of The 11Kv Supply Cables Of The Existing Buildings And Transformers, As Well As The Car Wash Planned Next To The Parking Lot In Porta J, And The Implementation Of The Facility; B) Compilation Of Additional Documentation Necessary For Its Implementation And Placing On The Market (Traffic Engineering, Demolition, Organizational Plans, Etc., As Specified In The Technical Description); C) Performing Restoration Works, D) Preparing The Technical Handover Documentation And Implementation Plan Documentation; E) Correcting Defects Within The Warranty/Warranty Period; F) Performing All Additional Tasks Detailed In The Public Procurement Documents Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract.
