Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Maintenance And Repair Services Of The Public Lighting System In The Municipality Of Bistrița And Its Component Localities. The Object Of The Contract Consists In The Provision Of Maintenance And Repair Services For The Public Lighting System In The Municipality Of Bistrița And Its Component Localities (Unirea, Slătinița, Ghinda, Viișoara, Sigmir And Sărata), A Complex Building Infrastructure Totaling An Estimated Inventory Of 7,350 Poles, 7,692 Lighting Fixtures And 196.6 Km Of Overhead And Underground Electrical Network. The Contract Includes The Provision Of Qualified And Authorized Labor, Specific Machinery, As Well As The Commissioning Of All Replacement Materials And Equipment Compatible With The Existing Network. The System Of Activities And Operations Includes Four Major Functional Packages, Indivisible From A Technical, Logistical And Operational Point Of View: (I) Maintenance And Replacement Of Structural Elements: Dismantling Of Damaged Supports (Including From Road Accidents) And Installation Of New Reinforced Concrete Poles (Sc And Se Series) Or Cast Iron Street And Ornamental Metal Poles, Including Complete Foundation Works, Verticalization And Anti-Corrosion Painting; (Ii) Maintenance And Modernization Of Optical Devices: Maintenance And Replacement Of Defective Lighting Fixtures With Modern Fixtures With Led Technology (Schréder Izylum, Kazu, Flexia Range Or Asymmetric Fixtures Dedicated To Pedestrian Crossings), Equipped With Programmable Dali Drivers And Nema/Zhaga Sockets Compatible With The Municipal Network; (Iii) Maintenance And Repair Of Electrical Networks (Lea/Les): Replacement Of Overhead Conductors And Underground Low-Voltage Cables (0.4 Kv) Laid In Asphalt, Paving Or Green Spaces, Involving The Location Of Defects With The Pram Self-Laboratory And The Creation Of Heat-Shrinkable Connecting Sleeves; (Iv) Revision Of Ignition Points And Telemanagement Operation: Replacement Of Electrical Equipment In Distribution Boxes And Panels (Mpr Fuses, Contactors, Switches, Clamps), Restoration Of Earth Sockets And Provision Of Permanent (24/7) Monitoring And Configuration Service Of The Schréder Exedra Telemanagement Software Platform.
