Procurable Experts Are Required To Have Strong And Verifiable Work Experience In Consulting Tasks And Ict Development Suitable For This Preliminary Study. More Detailed Role Descriptions Of The Experts Are Presented In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders, Description Of The Object Of Procurement, In Chapter 5. The Requirements Set For The Expert Working Group And The Supplier Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2. The Duration Of The Pre-Examination Phase Of The Kanto Project Is A Total Of Seven (7) Months. The Project Is Planned To Be Implemented During Autumn 2026 And Spring 2027. The Expert Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Tendered As A Reverse Tender, Where The Winner Is Paid A Fixed Total Fee. The Customer Has Defined The Total Fee To Be Paid For The Expert Service During The Contract Period To Be 160,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Participating In The Pre-Examination Phase Does Not In Principle Prevent The Supplier Or Its Experts From Participating In The Later Stages Of The Kanto Project. In The Pre-Examination Phase, A High-Level Situational Picture Is Produced For The Preparation Of The Actual Procurement, And It Does Not Prepare Detailed Requirements Definitions Or Other Solutions That Directly Guide The Content Of The Procurement, Which Could Give An Individual Supplier A Competitive Advantage. The Procurement Unit Evaluates Possible Obstacles On A Case-By-Case Basis In Accordance With The Procurement Act. If A Risk Of Distortion Of Competition Is Detected, The Procurement Unit Will Primarily Try To Eliminate The Effects With Other, Less Restrictive Measures. Regarding Participation In The Definition Phase, The Obstacle To Participate In The Implementation Phase Will Be Assessed Separately Later.
