The Object Of The Procurement Is The Supply And Maintenance Of The Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System As A Service For The City Of Helsinki. The Acquired System Will Replace One Of The Current Traffic Light Central Control Systems Of The City Of Helsinki. About 100 Of The Customers Current Control Devices Will Be Connected To The Acquired System In Connection With The Delivery Project. The Customers Target State Is That During The Contract Period, A Significantly Larger Proportion Of Traffic Lights Will Be Connected To The System Than In The Initial Phase, If The System Meets The Customers Needs As Desired. In The Target State, The Optimal Duration Of The Systems Life Cycle Is Considered To Be At Least 8-10 Years.
