The Acquired System Must Have The Possibility To Manage The Travel And Expense Invoices Of Several Municipalities Or Companies, And As An Option, Monitoring Of Working Hours. The Travel And Expense Accounting Software Will Be Introduced For All Owner-Customers Of Kuntien Hetapalvelut Oy (10 Municipal Customers And 2 Limited Liability Companies), One Municipal Corporation And Possibly Some Corporate Customers And Hetapalveluti Itself. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure That The Personnel Have Access To A Modern, User-Friendly And Automated System That Reduces Manual Work, Supports Digital Transactions And Is Compatible With The Other Administrative Systems Of Municipal Hetaservices And Their Overall Architecture.
