The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Registration In The Records Of The Contracting Authority. The Individual Types Of Activities Should Be Completed Within The Following Terms: Up To 140 (One Hundred And Forty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The Contract In The Contracting Authoritys Record-Keeping System And Is Distributed As Follows: Time Frame For Filming, Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In All Parts (Including Estimated Quantitative Accounts): A Minimum Of 30 (Thirty) And A Maximum Of 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, With The Term Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract And Ends With The Acceptance Of The Project By The Contracting Authority With A Bilaterally Signed Acceptance-Handover Protocol. The Project Is Handed Over To The Contracting Authority, For Which A Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol Is Signed. Within 10 Days Of Signing The Protocol, The Employer May Make Written Objections To The Project And Invite The Contractor To Jointly Consider The Remarks (Irregularities). The Contractor Should Remove Remarks/Irregularities On The Submitted Technical Project Within 5 (Five) Calendar Days, After Receiving Them In Writing. After The Contractor Removes The Remarks/Irregularities, A Bilateral Final Acceptance-Handover Protocol For The Presented Project Is Signed. After Approval Of The Project By The Contracting Authority Within 5 (Five) Calendar Days, All Quantity Accounts For The Individual Project Parts Of The Approved Project Shall Be Combined Into A General Detailed Quantity-Value Account, Which Shall Be Handed Over To The Contracting Authority And An Acceptance-Handover Protocol Shall Be Signed. The Items In The General Bill Of Quantities Must Fully Correspond To The Items From The Bill Of Quantities For The Designed Parts. The Prepared Project Is Approved By The Territorial Office Pbzn. The Design Activities Are Considered Completed After Agreement And Seal By The Territorial Office Pbzn And Acceptance Of The Designs By The Contracting Authority Without Comments. The Term For The Coordination And Approval Of The Project Is Not Included In The Design Term.
