The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of All Hazardous Waste Illegally Collected And Stored On The Property At Ul. On The Property And Facilities On The Plot With Registration Number 8197, Koziegłowy Precinct, Hereinafter Referred To As The Real Estate, And Subjecting Them To Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Appropriate To The Properties Of The Waste. The Location Of The Property And Its Marking In The Form Of A Map Are Included In Appendix No. 1 Of The Opz. 4.2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Referred To In Point 1.1. Opz Is Approximately 3,500.00 Mg. Illustrative Photos Showing The Deposited Waste And The Place Of Its Collection Constitute Appendix No. 2 To The Opz. 4.3. The Terms Final Recovery Processes (Final Recovery) Or Final Disposal Process (Final Disposal) Should Be Understood In Accordance With The Statutory Provision Contained In Art. 27 Section 3B Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587) - Hereinafter Abbreviated As Uoo, However: 1) With Respect To The Final Recovery Process Of Waste - The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Types Of Final Recovery Processes To Which The Waste Is To Be Subjected Only To Processes R1-R11 And Allows Processes Other Than R1-R11, With The The R12 Process May Only Take Place In A Final Recovery Installation That Is Also Authorized To Process Waste In One Of The Processes From R1 To R11 In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Act. 2) With Respect To The Final Waste Disposal Processes - The Ordering Party Establishes The Principle That The Final Waste Disposal Process Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Process D10 In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Act, Unless The Order Documents Clearly State Otherwise. 4.4.
