The Purpose Of The Purchase Is The Development Of An Updated Technical Documentation (Dtoe, Dtad, Dtac, Pte, De And Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Works) And The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Objective Capital Repairs To The Petroleum Products Reservoir R6 Capital Repairs To The Petroleum Products Reservoir R8. Expected Results From The Contractor A) The Creation Of The Documentation For Obtaining/Regulating/Revising/Completing The Authorization For Dismantling (Dtad) And Construction (Dtac), Together With The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of Works (Dtoe); B) Creating The Documentation For The Technical Project Of Execution; C) The Provision Of Technical Assistance Services From The Designer, Until The Beneficiary Accepts The Final Reception, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Constructions; D) Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Approved Pte Documentation, Including Demolition Works And Construction Works. Design Requirements In Order To Carry Out Capital Repairs And Achieve The Expected Results, Based On Dali, The Contractor Will Draw Up At Least The Following: A) Technical Documentation (Dt) Which Includes: - Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of Dismantling Works (Dtad) - Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of Construction Works (Dtac) And - Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of Works (Dtoe); B) Technical Execution Project (Pte); C) Execution Details (De) – Component Part Of Pte; D) Vertical Systematization Project; E) Work Schedule. Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Works The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out Only On The Basis Of The Execution Project, Checked Against All The Requirements Stipulated By The Legislation And The National Regulations In Force, At The Care And Expense Of The Contractor, Which Must Contain All The Technical And Economic Details Necessary For The Realization Of The Investment. Also, The Start Of The Works Will Be Done Only After Obtaining All The Necessary Notices And Agreements, Issued By The Competent Bodies, Of The Building Permit And The Order To Start The Works Issued By The Contracting Authority.
