The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Physical Delivery Of Natural Gas To The Clients Collection Points With The Assumption Of The Obligation To Take Natural Gas From The Distribution System, Including The Provision Of Related Services In The Gas Industry And The Transfer Of Responsibility For Deviations To The Supplier From The Moment Of Delivery In Accordance With The Energetic Zzvz And The Decree Of The Energy Regulatory Office No. 349/2015 Coll., On The Rules Of The Gas Market And Other Implementing Decrees Of This Act In As Amended, Including Ensuring Regulated Access To The Transmission System And Distribution Systems And Ensuring System Services. Other Terms Of Supply, Including Related Services, Are Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And The Framework Agreement (On Combined Gas Supply Services), Which Is Listed In Appendix No. 8 Of This Procurement Documentation.
