The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of 2 Ultrasonic Cavitation Surgical Aspirators, Suitable For Microsurgical Operations In The Field Of Abdominal Surgery, Incl. Accessories For The Clients Needs, Including The Complete Installation Of The Supplied Devices, As Well As Their Commissioning And Other Obligations Arising From These Terms And Conditions Or Their Appendices. The Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Of The Highest Quality Provided By The Manufacturer, Must Not Have A Production Date Older Than 12 Months Before Their Delivery And Must Meet All Technical Parameters As Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Device. A Complete Set Of Accessories And Consumables For The Immediate Use Of Each Supplied Device Must Also Be Delivered To The Above-Mentioned Item Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, To Enable A Full-Fledged Instruction And To Carry Out A Complete Installation. The Subject Of The Vz Is Also The Provision Of Free Warranty Service For Both Devices And Subsequent Post-Warranty Service For The Duration Of Their Lifetime, Which Is Assumed To Be A Subsequent Period Of 10 Years. The Subject Of The Vz Performance Is The Ongoing Supply Of Goods - Consumables (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Goods Or Szm) For Both Devices For A Period Of 48 Months, Specified In More Detail In The Appendix Technical Requirements For Szm For The Uz Device.
