Software Development Services – Modernization Of The Egeria 6.0 System. Owned By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Egeria 6.0 System. Owned By The Ordering Party. Basic Order: Modernization Of The Egeria 6.0 System Currently Used By The Ordering Party, Covering The Following Scopes: 1) Database Update And Technological Modernization Of The Interface; 2) Delivery Of The Employee Portal Compatible With The Modules Of The Modernized System; 3) Additional Development Services. Order Under Option Right: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Option Law Act. The Order Under The Option Law Covers The Provision Of Services Including Consulting, Development, Implementation, Programming And Analytical Services For A Minimum Of 10 Hours And A Maximum Of 2,000 Hours. With Respect To Programming Services - Their Provision Involves The Obligation To Grant A License To The Ordering Party. In Particular: • Analytical Services, Including Instructions For The Ordering Partys Employees Presenting The Systems Capabilities; • Changes To The System Resulting From The Individual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Which Can Be Introduced Through System Configuration; • Changes To The System Resulting From The Individual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Which Require Expansion Of The System With New Functionalities. The Ordering Partys Exercise Of The Option Right Is Its Exclusive Right And Depends On The Ordering Partys Identified Needs. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Complete The Order Under The Option Right, In Full, And To Order Only Part Of It, Depending On The Needs Identified By The Ordering Party And The Financial Resources Held By The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right In Full, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only To The Extent Indicated By The Ordering Party In Its Declaration On Exercising The Option Right.
