Work Detail
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Property Planning For Flat Roof Renovation, Conversion From Cold To Warm Roof Including Funding And Pv Preparation - Mittelfeldstr. 5 And 7 Object Planning Lph 3 And 5 To 9, Lph 4 Optional. The Original Plan Was To Simply Renovate The Roof Sealing On The Existing Cold Roof Structure. However, This Is Not Feasible Because Further Investigations Revealed The Following: - According To The Statics, The Existing Roof Structure Is No Longer Load-Bearing - Due To The Pollutants Found In The Sealing And Insulation As Well As On The Drainage Pipes, Extensive Pollutant Remediation Is Necessary. See The Attached Pollutant Test Results From Ibq. Therefore, The Following Work Is Now Planned: - The Roof Will Be Completely Cleared Away And A New Warm Roof Will Be Constructed. - The Rising Concrete Components Are Renovated With Wdvs. - The Attic Needs To Be Upgraded. - The Existing Ventilation Needs To Be Converted As It Currently Runs In The Cavity Of The Cold Roof Truss. - Drainage Dismantling And Rebuilding It Is Currently Assumed That A Scaffold Protective Roof Will Be Required Throughout The Entire Construction Period, Including A Crane, As The Roof Can No Longer Be Made Tight Every Working Day. Note On Species Protection: Time Restrictions In The Construction Process Must Be Expected Here. See The Report From Dr. Pupils. Funding As An Individual Measure (Bafa) Had Already Been Determined In Advance. The Funding Is Carried Out By An External Energy Consultant And Only Requires The Support Of The Property Planner By Providing The Costs. Lph 3 And Lph5 Up To And Including Lph 9 Are Commissioned. Lph4 Is Only Requested Optionally And Commissioned If Necessary.
