Accessories With A Guarantee For Quality And Full Operability Min. 60 Months With An Indefinite Extension. The Public Order Will Include The Installation, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Delivered Equipment, The Execution Of Briefings In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. On Medical Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 375/2022). The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Customers Headquarters Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic And Standards And In Accordance With Generally Binding Regulations And The Manufacturers Recommended Methodologies. Part Of The Offer Price Will Be The Performance Of Pbtk (Periodic Safety And Technical Inspections) Of The Supplied Devices For The Duration Of The Service Contract (According To Act No. 375/2022 Coll.) As Well As Revisions (Whether Prescribed By The Manufacturer, The Domestic Service Organization Or Legal Regulations) And Technical (User) Support And Warranty Service, Including The Supply Of All Spare Parts. If Consumables Are Required To Perform Any Other Prescribed Test Performed By The Supplier, They Are Always Included In The Performance Of This Inspection And Therefore Cannot Be Billed Separately. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Specified By A Detailed Technical Specification, Which Forms An Appendix To The Tender Documentation. • Part Of The Required Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Ongoing Supply Of Consumable Medical Material Listed In The Tender Documentation Annex. • The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Defined By The Binding Draft Of The Purchase Contract, The Contract For Recurring Performance And The Service Contract, Which Form Appendices To The Tender Conditions. • The Amount Of Individual Items Of Consumables Listed In The Tender Documentation Annex - Calculation Of The Offer Price Of Consumables/Item Price List, Is An Indicative Quantity, Or Assumed. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Determine The Specific Quantity And Time Of Fulfillment Of Individual Partial Deliveries According To Its Immediate Or Current Needs With Regard To The Composition Of Patients Without Penalty Or Other Penalty On The Part Of The Participant (Supplier).
