Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Replacement New Daycare Center On Flughafenstrasse – Tender For General Contractor Services To Build A Daycare Center. With This Tender, The Elbkinder Association Hamburger Kitas Ggmbh Is Procuring The General Contractor Service For The Following Project: Kita Flughafenstrasse - Replacement Construction Of A Daycare Center In Hamburg. It Is Intended To Build A New Daycare Center On Flughafenstrasse In Hamburg On Parcel 5118 In The Hummelsbüttel District. The Commissioning Of The New Daycare Building Is A Prerequisite For The Start Of The Housing Construction Project. The Housing Construction And The Newly Planned Access Road Are Not Part Of This Tender. The Building Permit (W-Wbz2-2424-2024) For The Project Is Available. The New Building Is Intended To Create 173 Childcare Places On A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 1,621 M² In A Three-Story Building. This Corresponds To Todays Care Needs, Supplemented By The Care Needs Resulting From The Housing Construction That Is Still To Be Built. The Spatial Program Should Be Implemented In An Optimal Ratio Between Educational Space, In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Hamburg Daycare Voucher System, And The Other Usable, Traffic And Technical Areas. The Main Use On The Ground Floor Is For Four Crèche Groups And The Management Area. In Addition, The Entrance Area, Vertical Development And Access To The Outdoor Area Are Optimally Organized In Terms Of Planning. Two Elementary And One Family Groups And Other Educational And Non-Educational Uses Are To Be Implemented On The 1St Floor. On The 2Nd Floor, Another Elementary Group And A Family Group, An Exercise Room, The Kitchen Area And Other Uses Are To Be Implemented. The Structural Implementation Should Optimally Implement The Requirements And Characteristics Of Healthy And Child-Friendly Construction. To This End, We Take Into Account, For Example, Co2 Neutrality In Building Operations, Resource-Light Construction To Minimize The Ecological Footprint Resulting From Construction And The Implementation Of The Elbkinder Standard. The Planning For The Replacement Building Is Available Up To And Including The Implementation Planning. The Building Plot Is Given To The Client Via A Leasehold Agreement. The Auditorium Located On Parts Of The Property Has Already Been Completely Demolished. The General Contractor Service Includes: Execution As General Contractor (Construction In All Trades Including Coordination, Quality Assurance)
