The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Europe-Wide Award Of General Planning Services For The “Construction Of Employee Apartments At The Burgau Therapy Center (Tzb)” In A Negotiated Procedure With Participation Competition In Accordance With Section 17 Vgv. The Construction Of Employee Apartments Is Planned For The Burgau Therapy Center As Part Of The Bavarian Municipal Housing Support Program (Kommwfp). A Residential Building With A Total Of 32 Residential Units Of Different Sizes Is Planned For Employees Of The Therapy Center. The Planning Documents Available So Far Contain An Initial, But Only Rough, Floor Plan Concept As Well As Approximate Area And Cost Figures As A Basis For Further Project Development. A Feasibility Study Including Variant Investigations Has Already Been Prepared For The Project. The Results Of The Investigation And The Preferred Variant Derived From Them Will Be Attached To The Tender Documents And Made Available To All Applicants Equally. The Awarding Authority Considers Any Information Advantages Of Individual Companies To Be Balanced Out. The Planning Services Should Be Awarded (In Stages) To A General Planner As Part Of A Vgv Procedure And Commissioned In Stages, Initially For Service Phases 1 To 3.
