The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Brand New Devices For Color And Monochrome Digital Printing Together With Service For A Period Of 48 Months, For The Needs Of Ukw Printing House In Bydgoszcz, Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2A To The Swz Opz - Technical Requirements, The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Install And Commission The Devices, Train 2 (Two) Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Devices, Servicing The Devices Within A Period Of 48 Months And The Successive Delivery And Replacement Of Toners For The Devices During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Is Due To The Fact That The Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are To Create One Functional Production System Of The Printing House, Which Is Justified By The Need To Ensure Uniform Service Support, Operational Compatibility, Unified Management Of Consumables And Efficient Reporting Of Device Operation. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Lead To The Dispersion Of Responsibility Between Different Contractors, Difficulties In Website Coordination, Different Methods Of Reporting And Settling Clicks, And An Increase In The Risk Of Production Downtime.
