Test Benches – Test Bench For Examining Agricultural Machinery With Electric And/Or Hybrid Drives (Tfz). The Technology And Support Center (Tfz) Is A Research Facility Of The Bavarian State Ministry For Food, Agriculture, Forestry And Tourism And Works On Alternative Drive Systems For Agricultural And Forestry Machines. In Addition To The Tractor Test Bench That Already Exists At The Tfz, Which Is Primarily Designed For Measuring Emissions, Performance And Fuel Consumption On Tractors With Combustion Engines And For Power Consumption Via The Pto Shaft (“Pto Shaft Test Bench”), Another Tractor Test Bench Is To Be Set Up In The Same Building As A Wheel Hub Test Bench In Order To Be Able To Test The Performance And Efficiency Of Electric And Hybrid Tractors. With The Help Of The Wheel Hub Test Bench, The Operation Of Tractors From Agricultural Practice Can Be Reproduced And The Speeds And Torques That Occur At The Wheel Hubs Can Be Measured. The Aim Of The Procurement Measure Is To Be Able To Measure The Performance Behavior, Energy Consumption, Range And Other Parameters Of Tractors With Different Drive Concepts In Order To Be Able To Derive Work Management Parameters Specifically For The Use Of Electric Tractors, For Example.
