Tenders are invited for Maintaining the Labour Services in Regional Fertilizer Stores of the State Fertilizer Company Limited for Year 2026/2027. Bid invitation documents that include the instructions to the bidders, terms and conditions for invitation of bids, bid forms and annexure may be obtained from the Acting Manager (Procurement and Imports) of the State Fertilizer Company Limited, Hunupitiya, Wattala or from the Stocks Officers of the abovementioned regional fertilizer stores. Bid documents will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) either to the Cashier of State Fertilizer Company Limited, Hunupitiya, Wattala or to the Stocks Officers in the above Regional Fertilizer Stores in cash between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 23.06.2026 until 06.07.2026. As per the bid condition, a refundable bid security (bid guarantee) of Rs. 7,500.00 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred) for each store should be deposited by the bidder. For that a bank guarantee obtained from a reputed commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or the receipt obtained upon payment in cash to the Head Office, State Fertilizer Company Limited, Lakpohora Swarna Jayanthi Mawatha, Hunupitiya, Wattala or to the Regional Fertilizer Stores should be attached to the bid and submitted.
